We’ve partnered with exceptional local real estate photographers & videographers to capture the story of your home, including the very best angles, lighting, movement & features of your house, and the community it lives within. We work closely with our vendors to ensure that when we capture the imagery to tell the story of the home and lifestyle advantages of the area, everything will be picture perfect!
At our discretion, we will utilize a mix of photography, videography, and drone photography/videography.
We will walk your home during our listing appointment to suggest a baseline of improvements to the home that will maximize buyer appeal. Our professional network includes experienced staging vendors, in the event that there is a need for greater aesthetic enhancements. In such cases, the staging crew will provide a walk-through and consult with the seller(s) and advise them on what items to be moved, possible wall paint selections, advice on hardwood flooring options, items to be swapped out, furniture options, etc. These stagers are amazing at utilizing options that are already within the home vs having to bring items in, therefore making the process much more streamlined.

Custom print marketing materials may also be created for the listing to highlight the features and attributes of the home and emotionally engage with prospective buyers. In addition, we may suggest virtual/in-person Open Houses (per COVID safety measures) if permitted by the seller(s).
