PHOTOGRAPHY
Our team has partnered with exceptional local real estate photographers & videographers to capture the story of your home. This includes the very best angles, lighting, movement & features of your house. Our expertise and honor to you includes the fact that we work closely with these vendors on scheduling techniques to ensure that when we capture the images to tell the story of the home, and lifestyle advantages of the area, everything will be in place, all staging will be done, and all pre-listing vendors will have already visited the home.
At our discretion, we will utilize a mix of videographers, drone photography and videography.
With the busy and extensive new construction market in the Triangle, as well as resale opportunities, it’s important to set the listing ahead of homes on the market when it comes to first impressions. These first impressions are both from photos online, as well as when prospective buyers walk into the home for the first time. Our full marketing suite of options is what makes our listings stand out above the rest.
STAGING
On some of our listings, we use an experienced staging crew. For many resale listings, the stagers will provide a walk-through and consult with the seller(s) and advise them on what items to be moved, possible wall paint selections, advise on hardwood flooring options, items to be swapped out, furniture options, etc. These stagers are amazing at utilizing options that are already within the home vs having to bring items in, therefore making the process much more streamlined.
This service is completed at our discretion.
MARKETING
We have an internal marketing team dedicated to extensive marketing for our listings and overall brand. In addition to adding the listing to the Multiple Listing Service, we have multiple marketing plans at each stage of our listing, including a robust “Coming Soon” marketing plan before the listing ever hits the market. Once the listing goes live, we roll out additional marketing for mass market exposure. Reaching the general community is crucial in our marketing efforts.
